Unpacking Packages
Hourly Rate: $75/hr
Deposit: 50% at booking
Minimum: 6-hour package
Additional time may be added to any package
All unpacking packages include:

✓ Breaking down boxes + packing/trash removal to bins
✓ Light donation removal (within daily load limits)

✓ Optional add-on hours for extended rooms/volume
What’s Not Included:
Heavy furniture moving, deep cleaning, furniture assembly, picture/fixture installation, or contractor work. Referrals available upon request.

Yes, boxes should be delivered and placed in rooms prior to our arrival. We can assist with coordination if needed.
3. Can you unpack the whole home or just certain rooms?
Either. Some clients choose full-home setup; others request kitchens, closets, bathrooms, or key living areas.
4. Do you remove packing materials and boxes?
We break down boxes and consolidate debris to a designated area. Full removal may be available through donation or waste partners.
5. Can you also organize while unpacking?
Yes, unpacking and organizing often happen together. Additional hours may be added depending on scope.
